Lunares Spin-to-Win Offer — Terms & Conditions

Effective October 2026

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO SPIN. Every spin results in a discount offer or a bonus spin. Discounts apply only to a purchase and have no cash value.

1. About This Offer

The Lunares Spin-to-Win offer (the "Offer") is a promotional discount program run by Lunares (itslunares.com) ("Lunares," "we," "us"). Visitors may spin an on-site wheel once in exchange for their email address and receive the discount shown by the result. The Offer is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Meta, Instagram, TikTok, or any other social media platform.

2. Eligibility

The Offer is open to residents of the United States who are 18 or older. Lunares employees and their household members are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.

3. How It Works

• Enter a valid email address and spin the wheel.
• Wheel outcomes may include 5% off, 10% off, 15% off, and 30% off one item, or another outcome shown on the wheel.
• Outcomes are determined randomly and are not equally likely. The 30% outcome is the rarest.
• Your discount code is sent to the email address you entered. You may need to confirm your email address before the code becomes active.
• Limit one (1) spin per person, per email address, per household, and per device. Duplicate, automated, or fraudulent spins will be disqualified and their codes cancelled.

4. Limited Availability of the 30% Discount

The 30% discount is available in limited quantities each month. Once the monthly allotment is claimed, it is removed from the wheel until the next month. The number of remaining 30% codes is not guaranteed to be displayed.

5. Discount Terms

• Each code is single-use, valid on one (1) order, and applies to one (1) item.
• Codes are personal to the email address that received them and are non-transferable.
• Codes expire 30 days after being issued. Expired codes cannot be reactivated.
• Codes cannot be combined with other discount codes, promotions, or sale pricing, and do not apply to shipping, taxes, or gift cards.
• Codes have no cash value and are not redeemable for cash.
• Applicable to purchases shipped within the United States only.
• Returns and exchanges follow our standard return policy; the refund is limited to the amount actually paid.

6. Marketing Emails and Privacy

Entering your email lets you spin. Subscribing to marketing emails is a separate choice made through the unticked checkbox on the form; you do not have to subscribe to marketing emails to spin or to receive your discount. If you subscribe, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. Your information is handled under our [Privacy Policy].

7. Accessibility

We want everyone to be able to take part in this Offer. If you are unable to use the interactive wheel for any reason, including difficulty using a keyboard, screen reader, or other assistive technology, email info@itslunares.com and we will provide you with an equivalent discount code manually, with the same chance at each wheel outcome. We are continually working to improve the accessibility of our website.

8. Changes and Cancellation

We may modify, suspend, or end the Offer at any time, including the wheel outcomes, odds, and monthly 30% limit, if needed due to technical errors, fraud, or unforeseen demand. Codes already issued will be honored according to their terms. We are not responsible for technical failures, or for emails that fail to arrive or are filtered as spam.

9. Limitation of Liability and Governing Law

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Lunares is not liable for any loss arising from participation in the Offer. These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Lunares is registered to do business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
